Distorted Fragments of Andy Denzler
The abstract photo realism of this painting does not point to the «clarity» of the image, to its homogeneity, but to a diffracted image, marking the loss of focus, the attempt to catch the subject in its movement; it pierces through the momentary density.
World of Ruud Van Empel
Suffering, pride and curiosity appear among the details of his films, the protagonists enter a visual imagery which stays stuck in the observer's mind.
Isabel Muñoz Rhythm
In Muñoz' photographs, the human body with all its scars, tattoos and moves and is infused with light. Shots, bodies and frames of light are part of her photography.
Abstract Vision Now: Ian Davenport, Peter Halley, Mark Francis and Dan Walsh
Four artists for the first time in Moscow.
Nalbi's New Works
The line is blurry between the geometric compositions and expressive painting that characterize Nalbi's works.
Its Only Castles Burning by Max Snow
Snow draws inspiration from NEIL YOUNG'S song Don't Let It Bring You Down realizing that your personal life can be in flames but in the scale of the world's suffering it is insignificant over time.
'Life is meaningless unless we attach meaning to it. And it is up to us whether or not we want to attach meaning to life, or to its greatest voice – art.'
Sean Scully
